Human life can be full of challenges, which often seems difficult to understand and manage on our own.  However, I believe each one of us deserves and has the potential to be able to achieve their happy life. 

In my counselling practice I can support you in your journey to stimulate change by improving the quality of your life through exploring and gaining self-awareness, to feel empowered to make healthier choices, to develop insights about your life and to develop coping strategies to manage distress.

Getting started and making a first call can be scary and I really admire you to take the first step. I can offer you free 20 minutes consultation which can help me to assess your needs and decide if I can be of any help to you. Also, an opportunity for you to decide if I am the right therapist for you.

What will counselling be like?

I believe in offering my client a safe, confidential space to support and empower you to understand yourself and your interactions with other people, resolve issues and explore making positive changes in your life. I do this in a non-judgemental and nurturing environment.

Clients are supported throughout counselling using integrative therapy. Integrative therapy is a bespoke combination of different modalities including Humanistic, Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Existential and CBT therapy. Every person is unique, using elements of these therapies, allows me to develop a one-off counselling model that is best suited to you.

I also support you on your counselling journey while you better understand your feelings, behaviours and thoughts. From this, we can focus on achievable goals to help you resolve problems and develop into the person you want to be.
